CARE

LEATHER CARE GUIDE

Crafted from genuine leather, every With Ardour piece is made to wear in, not out. From smooth coated skins to velvety nubuck, natural hides are durable by nature, softening, deepening in tone, and gaining a rich patina with daily carry. To care for your finish over time:

  • Edge Care: The leather is cut to profile and precision-bonded to the case body. Avoid picking at, lifting, or prying along the edges, as repeated pulling can loosen the bond over time.
  • Water & Spills: If your case gets wet, simply blot it dry with a clean, soft cloth and let it air-dry naturally. Our skins handle everyday splashes just fine, but avoid submerging the case in water.
  • Finishes & Textures: Smooth & Coated Leathers: Wipe clean with a slightly damp, soft cloth to remove dust or smudges. Nubuck & Suede Textures: If the velvety nap flattens or gathers light dust, a gentle brush with a dry cloth or soft-bristle brush will restore the texture.
  • Heat & Direct Sunlight: Avoid leaving your case in intense, prolonged heat (such as baking car dashboards or directly against radiators), which can dry out natural hides and soften adhesives.
  • Sanitizers & Harsh Solvents: Everyday hand carry is completely fine, but avoid direct contact with alcohol-based hand sanitizers, acetone, heavy oils, or solvent cleaners, as harsh chemicals can degrade protective coatings and lift surface dyes.
SHIPPING
Because each piece is made to order, please review our lead times and dispatch guidelines below.
1. Studio Production Lead Times
  • Made to Order: All pieces are crafted individually upon purchase. Please allow a studio bench window of between 3–10 business days for your piece to be produced prior to dispatch.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Pieces marked as available immediately are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delays: During periods of high seasonal demand or specific hide sourcing requirements, production may take slightly longer. If your piece experiences an unforeseen delay, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated dispatch date.

Please note: Shipping and delivery timeframes selected at checkout apply from the date of carrier handover, not the date your order is originally placed.

2. UK Domestic Shipping
All UK orders are dispatched via trusted, tracked couriers (such as Royal Mail Tracked or EVRI):
  • Standard Tracked Delivery (2–3 business days from dispatch): Complimentary on all orders
  • Express Tracked Delivery (Next business day from dispatch): £6.99
You will receive an automated dispatch email containing your tracking reference as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using tracked international postal and courier services.
  • Europe: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • North America (US & Canada): 5–10 business days from dispatch
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days from dispatch
Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country.
RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every With Ardour case is crafted individually to order for your chosen device. Because each piece is made specifically for you, all made-to-order sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect device model selection, or the organic characteristics (grain texture, markings, or tone) natural to real hides.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a genuine structural defect, contact us at withardourlondon@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or remake free of charge.
  • Return Authorization: Any approved return must be confirmed via email prior to shipping. Return parcels sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return tracked postage (unless resolving a verified fault). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
